Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data.
Waitlist data
If you joined the waitlist, we hold the information you submitted (such as name, email, role, country, optional city, grade level, subjects, curriculum, tutor or parent role details, optional expected number of children to link, optional phone for WhatsApp opt-in) plus consent records, UTM parameters, IP-derived country, and timestamps.
Your rights may include
- Access — receive a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to erase waitlist data where applicable
- Objection or restriction — limit certain processing where the law allows
- Portability — receive data in a portable format where applicable
How to submit a request
Email dpo@bluescore.me from the address you used to sign up. Describe your request and we will verify your identity before responding. We aim to reply within 30 days for GDPR requests, or sooner where possible.
