Help & FAQ

Quick answers about Bluescore accounts and what we're building.

Frequently asked

  • What is Bluescore?

Bluescore is an academic reputation system for students. You organise learning by subject and chapter, verify understanding with quizzes tied to your materials, and build a portable Knowledge score over time.

  • Who can sign up?

Students aged 13+, parents/guardians, and independent tutors/teachers can create accounts. School classroom teachers are provisioned when their school registers.

  • Is Bluescore free?

Creating an account is free for students and parents. Paid tiers (if any) will be introduced transparently before general availability.

  • When will the app be available?

The product app is live for early access: register, chapters, quizzes, and Knowledge score, with parent and teacher portals available for supported roles.

  • Can teachers and schools join?

School teachers cannot self-register — your school must register first, and the school admin provisions teacher accounts. School leaders can register interest on the For Schools page. Independent tutors can sign up as teachers.

  • Can parents sign up?

Yes. Create a parent account, then link to your child with their invite code from Profile → Privacy. The parent role is always free.

  • Do I need a parent to sign up?

Students aged 13+ can create accounts. Users aged 13–17 may need parental consent before full account activation, per our product requirements.

  • Will you sell my data?

No. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • How do I delete my account data?

Email dpo@bluescore.me with your request. We respond according to applicable privacy law.
