Agreement

By using bluescore.me or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Waitlist participation

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular product feature. We may contact you about Bluescore in line with your consent choices.

You must confirm your email address for your registration to be treated as verified. Verification links expire after 48 hours. Waitlist position is used internally for launch cohort planning and is not a contractual promise of access order.

Waitlist roles include student, parent, and independent tutor. School teachers are provisioned through school registration, not the public waitlist form.

Community sharing

We encourage sharing Bluescore with others who may benefit. You must not use automated tools, fake accounts, or coordinated manipulation to abuse signup or messaging systems. We may disqualify fraudulent signups.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit spam or automated signups.

Intellectual property

Bluescore name, branding, and site content are owned by Bluescore. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.

Limitation of liability

The marketing site is provided as-is during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
