Who we are

Bluescore (“we”, “us”) operates bluescore.me and the Bluescore learning platform. This policy covers personal data collected through the waitlist and marketing site, in line with the EU GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.

Data we collect (waitlist)

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email, country, optional city, role (student, parent, or independent tutor), role-specific details (such as grade level, subjects, curriculum, tutoring practice name, grades taught, student count, or expected number of children to link), optional WhatsApp number, marketing consent choices, and technical data including IP-derived country, UTM campaign parameters, and (when enabled) a reCAPTCHA response token.

On the waitlist form we may suggest a default country based on your connection (via edge geo headers such as Cloudflare or Vercel). You choose the country where you study or live — the suggestion is not stored unless you submit the form.

School teachers are not registered through the public waitlist; schools register separately and provision teacher accounts.

We require email verification before your registration is counted as confirmed. Verification links expire after 48 hours. Unverified registrations may be removed after 14 days.

How we use your data

We use waitlist data to verify your signup, send transactional and consent-based product emails, optional WhatsApp updates (only if you opt in separately), measure campaign performance, and plan early access cohorts.

We do not sell your personal data. WhatsApp messages use Meta-approved templates via our business messaging provider (AiSensy).

Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate the waitlist: Zepto Mail (transactional email, sent from admin@linerhq.com), AiSensy (optional WhatsApp opt-in), and Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection when enabled). Analytics tools such as Plausible or Google Analytics load only if you consent via the cookie banner.

Retention

Waitlist data is retained until six months after application launch, after which we will offer migration to a Bluescore account or deletion upon request.

Unverified waitlist entries are soft-deleted after 14 days without email confirmation.

Minors

The waitlist is not open to anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 may join the waitlist with their own consent; the Bluescore application itself will require appropriate parental consent where applicable.

Parents may join the waitlist with their own account and optionally provide information about children they expect to link (such as grade level, subjects, or number of children). One parent account will be able to link multiple student accounts when the product launches.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data by contacting dpo@bluescore.me or admin@linerhq.com. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.
